On January 3rd. I ordered two parts for my 1998 **** ****** from Car Parts Group, America Used Parts, ************************************, Herndon, VA********. PHONE NUMBER: ************. FAX: ************. E-MAIL: [email protected].. On January 4th they took $680.00 out of my checking account. On January 19th they e-mailed me two invoices #*** **** and *** **** and asked me to approve the purchase of the parts, which I did. As of now, the parts have NOT arrived. The number I called to order the parts is: ************. I have called that number and the one listed above numerous times over the past several weeks and have received a recording: "The number you have dialed is temporarily unavailable. Goodbye". I have e-mailed them requesting a refund and have received no response. Please help me resolve this matter. I am on a fixed income and have been without a vehicle for well over a month. Also I cannot afford to loose $680. Thank you, ************************* ********Initial Complaint

I bought a hatch from this company and i told them that i want a refund because the hatch they sent to me is all beat up looks like its been in a car accident and the guy was yelling at me in the phone and i told him i want my refund i said you sent me a piece of junk and i said you want me to pay this to be returned i said no because its not in good shape and the guy i talked to on the phone the sales rep he told me give him til Monday witch was last week i still havent heard from them.Initial Complaint

I bought a transmission from there for my mother for $1800 It was her money The transmission was defective Transmission got shipped back there And they refuse to give us our money back she had to get a loan from the credit Union just to cover it 5/26 /2021 was the day It was purchasedInitial Complaint

They said they had a rim for me to purchase that I needed for my car I purchased a rim for 520.00 once I purchased on October 1 several days later they said they didn't have it I said to cancel my order and refund my money I waited two weeks no refund they said to contact my bank I contacted my bank and they said they have no received a refund I called all state parts they said the refund processed October 23 i called my bank the day after and still no refund ****** told me to open a dispute I opened a dispute with ****** once all state car parts found out I did this they called and told me they cant refund my money if I do not cancel the dispute ****** strongly urged me not to cancel here it is November 6 and no refund still and when we call them they give us a refund number that's not even in Virginia the number they give us is ************Initial Complaint

On September 29th, 2021 I placed an order with this company for a hub and spindle assembly. They assured me it would be shipped out the next day and that I would be contacted with a tracking number. The following Monday I contacted the company and was told the part was ready to ship and was waiting for the carrier to pick it up. On October 7th the part was still not shipped out and was waiting for the carrier. I was told by ******* I did not need to call back as I would get a tracking number when the part was shipped. On October 19th I was informed that the part would ship out the next day. Again the reason I was given for the delay was that the carrier was not picking up the package and that an employee from Allstate car parts would take the package and drop it off with the carrier personally. Around the 21st of October, I requested a refund of the $287.00 that was charged to my credit card in September. I was assured that would be processed by the next day. On the 25th of October, I was informed by **** that refunds are only processed on Monday and Thursdays and that he would make sure my refund was a priority. He was supposed to call with a confirmation number f the refund. He did not. On October 28th I was informed that a refund had been initiated with my credit card company. I again was not given a confirmation number of this transaction. I contacted my credit card company and they have no knowledge of this refund being initiated. On October 29th I made at least 6 calls to Allstate Car parts and received no answer at all 5 times. The time the phone was answered I was placed on hold for several minutes and no one ever came back on the line. I want my refund of $287. I keep getting told everything takes 5*7 business days. It has been several 5-7 business days in dealing with this company. I just want a refund so I can purchase the parts for my truck. I do not want to be charged the 25%restocking fee either, since a part was never shipped to me.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bumper assembly for my 2004 **** ***** from All States Car Parts on Sept. 1, 2021. Invoice #********. I was assured when I placed the order that there were no scratches or dents. The bumper I received was literally a piece of junk and, in fact had numerous dents. There is no way I or anyone else would use that bumper. I called their customer service on Sept. 30, 2021 and was told to send pictures of the bumper. I texted pictures to someone named **** at: ************ on Sept. 30. No one contacted me back. I called on Oct. 4, 2021 and was told to "be patient". Still no response. I called on Oct. 14, 2021 and was told by a woman that "there was nothing she could do for me". I asked to be connected with someone who could help me. She told me that that person was on a break and would call me within a half an hour. I never received a call back. I looked up the name listed for the owner/president, CEO and found the name ***********************, Managing Member. As a side light... What do you get when you turn her name around? You get *******************. I wrote her a letter which I mailed on Oct. 15, 2001 outlining my experience with the company and that I wanted the $590 I was charged for the bumper. I have yet to get a response. I will return the bumper to them if they simply let me know where and how to send it.Initial Complaint

Date invoice Oct 11 2021 Amount $2219.00 All States Car Parts were unable to provide the right part so order was canceled by them. Now they refuse to refund my money $2219.00 and also will not answer the phone from 4 different numbers.
