My truck was at Marks paint and auto body. It was in an accident. He was paid 14 k for work to be done. The accident occurred 12/08/2023. We had problems with everything that was supposed to be fixed. My hood would not close proper. The headliner was not replced. The fender guard was not replaced . The oil and other fluids were not replaced. My transmission hoses were not reconnected properly which caused my transmission to go out. It was towed to ******* Chevrolet ********* **. They advised me the transmission lines were not correct and thats what caused the transmission to go out. Mark has not done any of the work correctly that he was paid to do. And my truck is still to this day sitting at ******* Chevrolet. He has not produced any records/receipts to prove the other items were completed correctly and has had no contact with us recently about the situation. At this point we dont trust that any of the work is correct

They picked up the truck and drove it over 2000 miles before there was an issue.   The line blew off/came lose from the cooler in front of the radiator and they had it towed to *******.  If the line was not put on correctly you would not have even made it home in the truck.  The transmission is being replaced under warranty by GM.  The transmission is on backorder with GM.  They hit deer and the cooler was bent but was not leaking any fluids.  However, the radiator was busted and leaking, the AC cooler was busted and lost all the freon.  I spoke with her on Monday and explained all of this to her.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes we did pick up the truck from Marks Auto body and drive it from there. We then relized the hood would not shut. There was no front end alignment done . No headliner was installed. The cover under the hood was not replced. We then contacted Mark about those issues and we took it back to Mark so he could take it to ******* for the alignment and Mark was to check everything over before we picked it back up for the second time. All fluids were to be evacuated on ac system . Oil change etc. As stated on the insurance estimate.  We then picked it back up . Yes drove it. It meseed up would not drive /move. I called gm they towed it to *******.  After ******* service dept looked at it he ask if we had any work done recently.  We replied yes my husband hit a deer. ******* service told us we needed to contact the shop who done the work. That the transmission lines/hoses were not put back on correctly and it blew the hose off. We then contacted Mark. So that he could contact ******* service.  Which he did. And however they worked it out was between them as far as who was at fault. Either warranty or Marks work. We would like copies of all service records and receipts for all work that was to be preformed from the wreck claim.which I have attached. System evacuations. Fluids. Etc. We want records to show that all the work and service was preformed.  As we do not want any issues down the road. This has been 6 plus months ago and we still have not been provoded with the service records /recipts Regards,******* ******* Regards,
