on 9/31/2023 rabbit run remodel on site to upgrade electrical system and start to install HVAC system. When I left in the morning there was a 15,000 BTU heatpump in a box along with 2 other lessor heat pumps. When the HVAC system was delivered I kept asking rabbit run remodel about the 3rd heat pump and never got a satisfactory answer. When I arrived home rabbit run remodel was still here but the 15,000 heat pump was gone, box and all. When I asked where did it go, I was told that box was full of HVAC parts. Upon checking with HVACDirect what was in the box it was indeed a 15,000 BTU heatpump. When I confronted I knew it was lies being told to me. Heat pump costs me $1164 and a lot of aggravation.Customer response

Rabbit run remodel was hired to upgrade the electrical system in my house, which includes a new circuit breaker box and run wiring for an electric stove as well as a HVAC system to be installed. They also assured me they could take care of ordering the appropriate HVAC system for me which they did.,The HVAC equipment arrived and I immedfiately asked why is there a 3rd heat pump. First response was, Well I did a lot of orders I'll have to check and get back to you. When they showed up to do the electrical work and start the HVAC install I again asked about the 3rd unit, this time I didn't get any answer at all. I left my house for the day and when I returned, I noticed the 3rd heatpump was gone box and all. When I asked where did that go to I was told the box was full of HVAC install parts. When I asked where are the parts and where is the box, I got a blank stare. So I contacted the HVAC supplier and asked what was shipped in the 15,000 BTU heatpump box and what do you know it was a heatpump not parts. When I confronted yet again was told it was a box of parts even though supplier said different. There was nothing wrong with the heatpump other than it disappeared. It appears rabbit run remodel had marked me for a sucker and ordered an extra piece at my expense od $1164 and also had a plan for somebody else to come and get it while Iwas not there.
