I downloaded a ASE renewal app from this company for the purpose of renewing my ASE certifications the app clearly states its a renewal app I had to pay for a 1 year subscription at the price of ***** plus tax for a total of ***** after I purchased the subscription I found out that I can not renew my expired certifications from the app and was told I had to go to a testing facility to take the re certification tests I asked them to refund my money because I cannot use the app or the subscription for the purpose it's states it's for...it clearly says ASE renewal app I told them that it was very misleading and asked why it states its a renewal app when in fact it does not allow you to renew any certifications at all I was told that the app extends any current certifications I already have for a period of 1 year and that this is what it's intended for so once again I explained that this is misleading and that they should not use the term renewal because it gives the impression that I can use it to renew an expired certification I asked for a full refund and was told it's against policy and I can not get my money back...hopefully the BBB can help me out with this problem and some how help others from falling victim to what seems to me is a scam
