  I am writing to file a complaint against 'The Flow Agency LLC', (DBA Coach T Business Strategies), for internet fraud/scam. On November 16th, 2022, I enrolled in Coach T's 'Done For You' program. I paid $9350 for social media video content creation, lead generation, DMing prospects for my ******** account (after enrollment they offered to include my Tiktok account) and offering my free and paid guide kits to said prospects. However, I never received 95% of the services promised. After many attempts to discuss my dissatisfaction and concerns with Couch T, along with my many attempts to get proof of work and services they were paid to provide, when I requested a refund for services not rendered, they refused and later blocked me from their ******** group, all their social media and all other forms of communication. I later discovered that I was not the only victim of this internet fraud/scam. There are several other victims who are all currently considering a class action lawsuit against this company. Furthermore, the company falsely claimed that I did not understand what I had purchased and that that's why I'm not satisfied with their services. This is not true as I attended 3 free classes which discussed what the 'Done For You' program entailed. This is where I was offered to enroll in their 'Done For You' ******** program. After reaching out to an attorney that was consulting all victims, the attorney informed us that the business partner from *** **** ****** LLC, **** ******, agreed to speak to each individual victim to resolve these issues out of court. **. ****** later backed out and said, "Let them sue me", leaving us with no other option than to pursue legal action. I am currently left with a huge loan for services I never received. This company is also on several of our bank's fraud list. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this company and help us come to a resolution. It is critical to hold them accountable for their fraudulent activities.

  Coach T complaint I hired Coach T***** ******** ****** for ****** Marketing training. Coach T was to provide brand new story board videos to be recorded and posted on ****** that were to increase sales for my business. I was told to reduce my links in my bio and use just one with a low price offer for high volume sales, which I did. I received my storyboard videos, which were copied from other ND accounts and not brand new content at all, I posted them but they were unsuccessful. I was told to hide videos with low views, so I ended up hiding most of the videos that were created from Coach T story boards. I was also told to try viral holiday content, which I did but it was unsuccessful as well. I was told to interact in the comments with my followers, which I did but still had no sales. I attended the weekly classes and asked for advice via ******. I never saw sales or ROI and when I brought up my discourse during weeks 3-4 of the program I was told to wait as it took time. After the 8 weeks I still didn't see any success of the videos or sales. I was told that hiding the videos was wrong (opposite advice from before) and Coach T's team deleted the ****** conversation. During the program, their system also over charged me and they refused to give me a full refund for the overages. Since they have ignored my emails.
