Please feel free to reach out if I am in the wrong place.6/11/22 Check engine light goes on with warning message about transmission support system 6/13/22 informed that it will take 1 week for parts to arrive 6/14/22 obtain rental car (cost $80.60 p/d, reimbursement of only $60 p/d)6/17/22 informed parts received but still throwing warning message, another part needed 7/1/22 pick-up car after 3 weeks 7/2/22 warning message displayed again 7/5/22 car towed back to dealership Now waiting for new transmission Trying to determine if this is covered under the lemon law and if I have the ability to appeal the amount of reimbursement for rental. I want concerns on record but want to wait for new transmission before moving forward with complaint.Initial Complaint

We purchased a car on April 3 and brought it in August 19th to have electronic system checked. They insisted someone backed into our car and caused damage. There is NO damage on outside of car. We park in garage and far away always in parking lots. They lied and said there is faint scratches on bottom of bumper. False. We have pictures and if that is the case anyway I am sure they caused it. They said there is no way the damage could have happened before we bought it because of what system says. Really? Electric systems do fail. THERE HAS BEEN NO DAMAGE TO OUR BUMPER OR CAR.Business response

The client has taken their vehicle to another facility for mechanical repair, the damage repair is being done at a local body shop and Brown's Leesburg Hyundai is paying the body shop directly. This will complete all repairs related to this issue.
