      If could give this place a rating that is more than negative i would, I saw a price online for $14995 for a car that i wanted, Thank God i took a screenshot of the Price, i later noticed that they added an extra $3000 to the price of the car. I asked why ***, because, for some reason the sales manger shifted it to ****** saying i need to wait for ****** to come back, trying to buy time for 30 days to pass. A car listed for $14,995 that i needed I ended up with a car loan for $21000+.

      If I could give these con artists a negative star, I 100% would. Not only was the price of my 2020 Hyundai CHANGED from 17k to 21k after I took it for a test drive, but my APR was also increased to 26% when I obtain good credit. $600 a month after putting $4k down, with an additional $900 processing fee tacked on top. They took advtange of my situation, I walked out oweing over $40k for a $17k car. This place is a rip off.

      Horrible service , over charge me for what the vehicle is worth by adding a $2000 condition fee which is supposed to cover all the expenses to market the vehicle such as defective wheel studs and damage under splash covers, paint scratches,etc. And now currently they issue me two temporary license tags since I bought the vehicle this past September. Also as of this today 11/17/2023, I do not have my plates for my vehicle and temp tag has expired yesterday 11/16/2023, they keep making excuses along passing this issue to one individual to another, Very Poor Service indeed. I would recommend no one to buy a vehicle from this place. Sincerely D. S*****

      We do apologize, out of state deals are a little more time consuming when doing the tag and title work. Texas is very far away from us so we are on the mercy of the DMV over there. However we have been in contact with you through the entire process and have been more than helpful along the way. I understand you have concerns for the preowned vehicle you purchased. We did aggressively discount this vehicle to fit your budget. Unfortunately, you are discouraged with that and we understand not all customers will be 100 percent satisfied when purchasing a pre owned vehicle. We do try our hardest to remedy any issues or concerns before the customer makes a purchase.

      Worst Dealer. Auto member had a 2017 Lexus Nx for 24,095.00 I liked the price and the car so I called them did the financing over the phone agreed on having the card deliver so I send $4000 down payment. They inform me they need a signature so they will send the contract in the mail. When I received the contract the price said 28,095.00 when I called, the explanation he gave me makes no sense so I wanted to withdraw from buying the car but they kept my money and now I have to hire a lawyer. It has been a nightmare. Stay away from this dealer.

      Absurd to advertise prices that appear very competitive, then "surprise" you with a service fee of $900 and a 10% of the total reconditioning fee. Really cruddy practice that just wastes everyone's time, while operating in bad faith. AVOID this place.

      This review is for Motomember in Purceville, VA. I am giving this business a three star when I really want to give it a one star but I can't in good conscience do that because they do have some good points. First...what is my complaint? I purchased a new 2021 CAN AM spyder in March of 2021. These Spyders have a two year warranty. In July of this 2021, I took my spyder to a local CAN AM dealer to have some issues ironed out. What I discovered is that my warranty expires in October of 2022 and not March of 2023 (2 years from date of purchase). Additionally, my tire and battery warranty was expired (its only 6 months from date of purchase). So...the tire part of the warranty was immediately important because it appears the tires on the spyder may be defective. In any case, I talked to three folks in "Finance" trying to figure out why the warranty in the Can AM service database was 10/22 and not 3/23. Finally, I talked with Larry in service and he got it...however, I an not pleased with his answer (he was polite). The bike I bought was a "school" bike (with 132miles) warranty started when the spyder school put it in service, not when I bought it. Did I know it was a "school" bike? Yes.... Did I know that the warranty did not start on the date I purchased it? No... No one told me that small bit of information and it is in none of the documents. Should they have disclosed this fact to me verbally and/or in writing? Yes Beware when you deal with Motomember as they are pushing so many vehicles that they really are missing providing key information to the customer. Of course the good is they have a great selection of merchandise which is the main reason for 3 stars and not 1.
