Date of transaction: 11/17/21 Date of issue: 04/19/2022 Amount paid: $5,650 Nature of dispute: ******************************* *****, owner of Diamond Enterprise, LLC, breached our contract by unilaterally canceling our contract for full coordination and floral services less than 2 months before our wedding. She said she would refund our deposits. We followed up with calls and multiple emails seeking to clarify any potential miscommunications and identify a way to work better together, considering our wedding was less than 2 months away. She did not respond for weeks.The business has not tried to resolve the dispute amicably: The owner maintained her refusal to work with us and followed up with an offer to give only a partial refund for our full coordination contract and refund of our floral deposit under the condition that we sign a non-disclosure agreement about our experience. After multiple attempts to follow up with her, she continues to withhold our deposits under the condition that we sign a contract to release her from litigation and prevent us from sharing our experience on social media.
