              Green Valley Natural Solutions uses false advertising to suck you into a monthly charge. I bought a sleep aide product -- My Sleep Miracle -- for the introductory price of $9.95, and because I didn't cancel within 30 days -- I've barely tried the product yet -- they charged my card for $79.95, the monthly subscription price. Usually when this auto-subscription happens with these kinds of introductory offers with a reputable company, it's for the next month's supply but that wasn't the case here because Green Valley Natural Solutions is not a reputable company. They charged me $79.95 for the product they had already sent me for the introductory price of $9.95! So, in essence, they are back-charging me for something that should have been an introduction to the product to see if I liked it. The customer service rep said it was clearly written on the original offer, but if so, they buried the lead there because I didn't see it. So basically, I paid more for the product than if I would have just signed up. Green Valley said I can send the product back and they will refund a portion of my money based on what's left in the bottles -- I have one full bottle and one 2/3 full -- but they want me to pay for shipping so by the time I'm done I will have spent close to $100 on a product that I barely used and who knows how much they are going to refund me. This is clearly unethical behavior and I would appreciate if someone fined them for unethical business practices. It won't help me get my money back but at least it might help the next guy.

              Bait and Switch trial offer turns into a subscription for 10 times the original price even when specifically refusing the subscription offer. Claim that shipping notification was sent, but none; claim that a tracking number already had been issued so they couldn't stop the shipment; after requesting the tracking number, it clearly had been created after my call in to stop payment that I noticed on my bank statement - the only indication that I was being charged. This is a surreptitious business practice and is illegal, but due to the online ordering process it is unable to prove without screen shots. This company may claim to be within the letter of the law, but I have witnessed differently - and there is no doubt that the spirit of the law is being ignored.

              I accepted a TRIAL offer for pills. When they arrived I found they were way too large for me to swallow.               I ordered a trial product from them and all you had to do was pay for the shipping and handling. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that they were going to enroll you in autopay or auto-ship for future orders unless you emailed them to let them know you didn't want the product. One month later (today, August 25) my debit card was charged $199. I'm beyond upset. I've contacted my bank. Tthey have opened a case. My debit card is now inactive and I won't receive a new one for 7 days. Plus, I have to contact everyone I pay through auto-pay today and I have a ton of work. My health is poor and I struggle to get through the day. This is like adding climbing Mount Everest to my day. My bank should handle the charge. If not I want them to refund the money. If they want their bottle back they need to send me a shipping label and pay for the shipping. They have cost me a days worth of phone calls. I'm so angry I'm in tears. There business practices are misleading and unethical. $9.95 turned into $199 plus $9.95 I'm angry at the inconvenience and hardship this is going to cause me.

              I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would  resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I'm finally satisfied. But getting them to answer my questions was very difficult until the last 2 emails. And still the question of what happens if you used both bottles and there is nothing to return? Where is that in writing? This is why I have an issue with this company and their business model. It's a ploy to get someone to try their product. Why give a 60 days of product for a 30 day trial?  And then require the customer to return the unused portion? Can't sell an open bottle? It's a tactic and in my humble opinion unethical. And the terms shouldn't be in the *fine print. Because Bold in 6pt type doesn't get read.  Regards, ******* ******

              My father, ***** ****** has ordered products from this company. My father died in December 2021. For an entire year, I have requested by phone and in writing that Green Valley stop sending product ads and catalogues. We continue to receive large, graphic, unappealing mailings regularly (see photos) and it’s starting to feel like harassment. It’s disrespectful to my father and painful to me to receive these mailings. Please help me make them stop.

              Our sincere condolences on the passing of your father. We had received a request to remove your father’s name from our catalog mailing list in late November, and we send removal requests to our logistics partners once per month, so the request was submitted with our December update shortly after December 15th. This was the first and only request we had received for removal; our records are updated and there will be no further mailings sent. It’s possible that earlier requests may have been received through a third party phone sales agency and somehow the request was not transferred to our company for handling. We sincerely regret any trouble this may have caused. Our mailing lists are updated with our logistics partners on a monthly basis and from this point forward there will be no further catalog mailings.               On 6/18/22, online, at Green Valley Natural Solutions, GVNS, the trial product, 2 bottles of Bone and Muscle Defense, was offered for $9.99 and free shipping. I filled out all the required information to purchase the product. When I went to check out to confirm payment the price changed to $99.99. I did not complete my authorization and confirmation to purchase the item. In a few minutes, I send an email to GVNS stating the above situation. I never received a response from GVNS to my email. I then did some research on the items in the product. It contains L-Carnitine. I suffer from neuropathy from chemotherapy. Medical reports state in my situation not to use L-Carnitine. So, I never went back to GVNS to confirm the purchase. On 6/21/22, 2 bottles of Bone and Muscle Defense was delivered to my home. I have since sent several emails to GVNS informing GVNS that I never authorized or confirmed the purchase. To cancel this purchase and all future deliveries, refund the charges and send a prepaid envelope if they wanted their product returned. To date, GVNS has cancelled subscription for future products. But refuses to send a prepaid envelope. And threatens me with charges if I don't return the product, that I never authorized. I will also file a complaint with my credit card company. GVNS committed a crime by charging credit card for an item I never authorized. This can be resolved by GVNS sending me a prepaid evenlope.

              this company advertises natural supplements for colon cleanse thought id give it a try so ordered 3 bottles to get one free. after trying this product for 3.5 months it did not work like it was intended and now i have 3 bottles left. green valley says because its not within 90 days no refunds. original email ad did not state that it stated for whatever reason unopened bottles could be returned for refund.

              I replied to an advertisement from Green Valley Natural Solutions that stated they would provide a 2-monthy trial supply of their Sinus Miracle vitamin for free if I paid only the shipping charge of $9.95. I placed my order for this offer by an on-line order with my credit card authorizing the $9.95 payment. Today I received their 2-month trial order supply with an invoice for $85.14- an overcharge of $75.19. This is false advertising and a scam. I understand that if I am satisfied with the product and do not cancel future shipments that they would continue sending 2-month supplies at their full price plus tax and shipping charges. I request that they refund the improper extra $75.19 that they have charged me and that you take action to require them to stop their false and misleading trial advertising. Thank you for your help.

              I received 2 bottles of "My Sinus Miracle" in April , which I did not order. I called and wrote to the company asking them to stop sending this product . Yesterday I received two more bottles of this product , I called there office and was told I had signed up for "auto refills" - told the representative I never ordered the product , she asked it it happened "BY MAGIC" -- I was told to send the bottle back and she would refund part of the order. I would like a full refund of the $85.oo
