Had dental work done on 1/3/2023.The charge for the work was $1585.00 The receptionist informed me that after insurance my part of bill would be $179.40.I gave her my additional dental insurance that I now have through my ******** Advantage plan and ask her to file the amount I owed with them. When they filed with my ******** plan they filed for the full amount of $1585 and were paid $500 when I only owed $179.40.I've called their office 3 separate times on 2/3, 2/13, and 2/27. The first 2 calls I was told not to worry about it, they would take care of it. The 3rd call I asked to speak with the person who files the insurance claims. I was told that person would call me back. I have not received any calls. I want them to either send $320.60 back to my ******** Advantage plan or refund to me.Customer response
