One Tuesday, March 29th I had a company by the name of Junk King come and remove furniture from my home. During the process of them moving a couch, the mover damaged my security panel. That same day I called office to let them know of the issue. I told her that I spoke with my security company and the panel would need to be replaced. The receptionist notified management of the issue. The next day the managing partner calls and asks for a photo of the panel. I took the photo and sent it via email. The next day I did not receive a response, so sent email. The manager partner Alex P******* stated that I should contact the security company as they were best suited to handle the situation. I told him that I had already contacted the company and the issue was between me and the company. The manager then asks for a direct email and I told him them there is no direct email on the sit, only a customer service email. The security company will not speak to him because he is not the owner of the company. I even provided a written transcript and highlighted. The manager is refusing to pay for the cost until he can verify with the company even though there are no direct contacts for ******. I have stated this several times and he knows companies do not provide the information. The issue is not with ****** but with me. Right now I cannot use my panel and he is putting my home at risk. I has been extremely slow handling issue. He acts like will repay but he does not. The last response he is pretty much calling me a liar. I have attached the transcript from Vivint, pictures as well as the email trail from the company.
