    Dr. Holland is rude and not very courteous of the patients. (At least towards me) Dr. Said on 1st visit, that the charges were negotiable...Ha, that was a joke. They ended up screwing up my bill and double charging me for the rehab part after I had previously paid that out of pocket on my last visit. Called and spoke to Dr. About the bill just to get a bad explanation of it that I didn't agree with, but said I still needed to pay it, or else. I paid it against my better judgment being it was under 150 bucks. Also, their bill that arrives in the mail is very demanding, it's like "pay this like yesterday ", then they take almost 3 weeks to cash the check. I can really relate to the other complaints here about this business, as they are almost identical. Appears I'm not only one that's had a similar bad experience with this business. I'm almost certain there are more patients out there that have had the same treatment, but just haven't taken the time to report. Watch your charges with this provider folks. I'm never going back!!

    I am very sorry Mr. **** had a bad experience. All patients are told that the SERVICES are negotiable, not the fees. Unfortunately, the insurance company did not pay as they stated; Mr. **** owed the office an additional $144.85. When he called the office, I explained to him that they did not pay as promised. We were told he did not have to pay a 45 copay (3 visits) and he had an additional therapy for 9.85, all separate from the Rehab, which he was responsible to pay. These charges added up to the 144.85, again, separate from the Rehab he had already paid. I did try to explain these denials from the insurance company, and that he should have received the data direct from the insurance company. We sent the first statement to Mr. **** on 6/14/23 and he paid on 8/2/23. I firmly believe I am fair and upfront with all policies and procedures; he signed a form initially stating what his insurance stated they were going to pay. Unfortunately, the insurance company states "it is never a guarantee of benefits: when they do process the claims, which is what happened here. Again, I am very sorry Mr. **** had a poor experience. I can send him the data from the insurance company, if he wishes. All he has to do is call the office and request them. ************  Dr. D. Holland, DC

    I am very sorry Mr. **** had a bad experience - all of my patients are told that Services here are negotiable, not the fees - we do not sign contracts, etc. for services - all patients can receive adjustments, therapeutic massages, rehabilitative exercises, etc. as they wish. As all new patients, Mr. **** signed an Insurance Benefits Form which stated his benefits. Unfortunately, his insurance company did not pay as promised and his form stated "Verification of Benefit is not a guarantee of payment or coverage" and that he is responsible for what the company does not pay. The insurance company stated that an additional 144.85 was Mr. ****' responsibility for services he received that was in addition to the Rehab exercises. When he called to inquire about the billing, I explained that to him in depth. The insurance company was supposed to send to him the Explanation of Benefits also. Our policy is to send 3 statements before any further collection procedures. His first statement was sent 6/14/23 and we received payment on 8/2/23. I think my office is very fair and upfront about all policies and procedures.
