My doctor had her first patient dentist appointment at this office a few months ago and they refused her service because she forgot her insurance cards. She said the office manager and the front staff treated her poorly. Gathering around her, questioning her, ushering her to the back office because of not having her insurance information. she was so uncomfortable, she left the dentist office without service, went to her car in the parking lot and cried. She called me at work and I called the dentist office asking why I wasn't called since I am a patient there. I told them she left the office crying and cried in the car before driving to go back home. I called and spoke with the office manager who kept giggling on the phone saying she was sorry that my daughter left the office feeling that way. I took off from work this morning, for my dentist appointment. The front office staff refuse service because I had a balance. I offered to pay on the balance and they responded that I wouldn't be seen because it wasn't completely paid. I wasn't notified that I wouldn't be seen if the balance wouldn't be paid completely off to get my teeth cleaned. A service that is completely covered from my insurance. I had used sick time from my job to go to the dentist today. I am a single mother of three children. I cannot waste my sick time and on service that was never rendered.Business response
