The date of this transaction was on 7/13/2022 ($7550)and on 9/30/2022 ($7255). I paid this company a total of $14,770 between these two dates. I was told and paid for a Lifetime transferable warranty on this PVS vinyl fence. This warranty was suppose to transfer to one other home owner. Penny Jordan the owner of Lynchburg fence provided me a written warranty after the first transaction form ******** Vinyl that did carry a Lifetime transferable warranty. Then after the second transaction Penny Jordan informed me that it was a honest mistake, but she supplied me with ******* Vinyl which carries a 20 year pro-rated warranty that ins not transferable to one other home owner. I have emailed Penny Jordan and did not receive a response back. I called Penny Jordan and she did talk to me and told me she would check into it and call me back. When Penny never called me back I showed at her business on 10/17/2022 to discuss this discrepancy on the warranty. Penny said her sale2man was suppose to call me and never did. Penny did call the salesman while I was sitting in her office. I heard the whole conversation and the salesman said he never agreed to call me and even if he did he was not aware what he was going to tell me. I told Penny I heard the whole conversation and she said the salesman was lying. I feel fraud was completed on this business transaction and what I was told and sold, was not what I got. I have offered a number of proposals to Penny and she has not acted on any of them. I have also stated that if you can give me a warranty that is a lifetime and transferable to another home owner this issue will be resolved. Anything short of this and I will pursue legal action. Other proposals I have offered Penny is complete removal of the fence and give me all my money back, replace all components of the fence and use ******** vinyl, give me 50% of my money back for misleading into the product I actually got, or I will precede with legal action's.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Regards, ***** ********
