My divorce lawyer referred me to Freedom Services LLC owner Kevin Chapman to use as a private investigator to get evidence of my now ex-husband's affair. I used my credit card via ****** to pay Mr. Chapman $2,000 for 25 hours. He had to refund me $375 of that for 5 unused hours. Mr. Chapman promised a detailed report of what he found and still has not delivered it to me via email or US mail. I have text messages from Mr. Chapman indicating he will send his official investigative report, which I paid $1625 for, and he has not provided that report. Unprofessional, liar, and threat to hard working tax paying people. I paid for his services and I expect delivery!Business response

I've been in business for 20 years and sometimes you get people like this. Reports are not just handed out due to the nature of my business and the totally Irrational behavior of this client say I provided some information she would use to harm someone. So therefore I have been waiting for her to cool down. Reports are not free. Normally they have to be requested then given to the attorney who will give to the client. I have also explained the Christmas holiday and illness has delayed the process but honestly I'm still nervous as to what she may do with my report. Her case is done she signed an agreement and my results were never used. I reluctantly plan on sending the report by 5 PM tomorrow Wednesday. I wish her the best but I also know I have done everything possible to help this lady.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Regards, **** ******
