            Lynchburg Locksmith employee Trenton used a lock pressure technique on my door. He was having a very hard time with it. He called he the owner in. Before he got there, the door finally opened with a loud bang. As a result, the lock broke and it bent the door. Trenton, clearly, has not seen this reaction before, the owner, Scott, rudely came on seen and basically took over. Replace the now broken lock with another that he claim was better. He alleged that my door was damaged before they got there. IT WAS NOT! I tried the talk to Scott the days after and then he used a racist technique and accused me of wanting something for nothing. I verified with a former locksmith that the door was fine. He also stated that the technique used what NOT the correct one for a front house door. I would not recommend Scott or Trenton or Lynchburg Locksmith to anyone.
