I paid to board my dog at Pet Cabana in August 2023. Pet Cabana called me on the day before I was supposed to board the dog and asked me to bring her to Forest location instead of Timberlake location. This was not convenient for me since I made arrangements for my mother to drop my dog off and she was not familiar with Forest area. Had to find last minute boarding for my dog since they tried to change on the day before. Was not given the option at the time to keep boarding at Timberlake. I emailed numerous times about getting a refund of the $160 I paid up front. The owner finally called me weeks later and we verbally agreed for her to refund me $120 on September 5th. As of today, I have not received the refund. I have emailed numerous times since this is the only way to communicate with the owner. She replied by email on October 10th and said she would issue the refund that day and still no refund.
