The correct medication was given to me by Hill City Pharmacy on ********* about two weeks ago. I went back yesterday for a refill but I was given medication that my doctor had discontinued. When I brought it back today I was told that I cannot get the correct one and I cannot get a refund. This is not right and it needs to be addressed as soon as possible.Business response

We have personally reached out to this customer and refunded her money and gave her the correct medicine.Customer response

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business has not reached out to me and have not refunded me or give me the correct medication. Two days ago I went to another branch and bought the medication because I couldn't do without it. They gave me the correct one this time. I still have the wrong one that was given to me at ********* *** Regards, ***** ******Business response

You electronically ordered that prescription which was the wrong prescription. She has receive the right prescription. You will need to go to the location where you got the first prescription filled in order to get the refund. We have left several messages for you to come in for the refund. To date we have not heard from you.
