            Hello I’m contacting because I purchase a 2014 GMC Acadia Denali from Terry’s. They have done all service work on it. Lately I’ve had trouble with it over heating and not once not twice but three times dealing with transmission trouble , I don’t trust this car to my mail box and back it that bad every time lately I go to get in it I can’t get back home or even to my destination. I have almost got rendered because of the transmission trouble. They put the first one in that didn’t work put another in work less than 100 miles then it was some type of programming they didn’t do now it back there had been since Monday. The second time they got my Vehicle it was in the possession working on the transmission and then when I was it going to leave the airbag light came on I let ****** know he laugh moves the driver seat and goes off now it constantly stays on the dash lights Flickr and the radio also I asked ****** to fix the shortage because it was in the possession but he says the airbag is not covered with my warranty but it don’t matter Terry’s should be responsible to fix it. I’ve talked to the main boss mark and he suppose to get ****** to look it over but my car has been there since Monday I haven’t heard from him only mark I’m over this dealership and the business that can’t get my vehicle safe enough to go to my mail box or even the end of road and back to know that I’ll make it home. Please contact me at ********** I just want them to take on this problem they have put on my hands I told them to buy the car back just to get it off myself and my children.             Awful they sold us a car that was garbage it has been in the shop on and off since the first week we had bought it they have no remorse for selling a awful vehicle to us they will fix it then more problems with it come up then it’s back in the shop and it’s the same process month after month I talk to the managers about it they said we’ll come in and we will get you in another vehicle when really they want us just to trade it in and spend money on another vehicle after we’ve dropped enough in our vehicle the managers are all about making themselves sound good but they will not help you out any I called one of the managers before to talk about my vehicle and he told me he has customers looking at him right now he doesn’t have time for this this place is not s good business

            I have reviewed the compliant and pulled all of the sales and service documents for Kelly ********* vehicle. Of course when a customer is not happy it is a concern for us as a business. We pride ourselves in our customer service. However, in this case I see nothing abnormal about her purchase or service experience. We have fixed a brake switch that we covered in good faith, we have replaced a heater core that was covered under her extended warranty, the customer purchased a battery which is normal maintenance and we fixed a trim piece in good faith that was broken during the heater core job. On multiple occasions we attempted to trade the customer into another vehicle to be told they didn't want the payment to go up when since the purchase interest rates have tripled which is out of our control. Like any vehicle you purchase it will need to have maintenance or repairs performed from time to time and that should be expected by the buyer. Terry Auto Outlet has gone above and beyond expectations and have shared all documentation with the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board and State Police to prove the claims are false.
