I purchased three $****** gift cards from Plow and hearth and have no proof that they ever arrived. I wrote a letter to them and they replied and said that cards were sent and likely arrived. It's some third party company in Texas. They offered a refund and I have called them back for refund and they are giving me the run around. Given phone numbers for supervision that don't answer and three times talked to helpdesk and told they don't recognize the order number. Over $****** is to big a chunk a change to donate to a retail establishment.Business response

I remember speaking with her last week about this issue. If I recall, she wasn't available when I tried calling her back due to an appointment. The gift cards have now been cancelled and the refund has been issued. It will show on her account within 2-3 business days.Initial Complaint

I returned a rug I purchased for ******. They credited me with *****. I sent an e mail and then a letter explaining the problem. When I call the company they say i must talk to the claims dept, but there has been no response. I would like the full value of the rug.Business response

On 4 different occasions, 3 in November 2020 and 1 in March 2021, I ordered cedar pathways via ****** spending a total of ****** plus tax. The final purchase was made in hopes that I could use that to repair a portion that I had hit with the lawn mower. For what it's worth, that didn't work very well. I am asking for a full refund because I have no faith that any replacement sections would be any better than those shown in the attached pictures.Business response

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
