Absolute worst customer service ever. The receptionist was trying to get over on my wife and I. They wanted to see the insurance estimate instead of pricing out the job for our 2007 van repair. Essentially our insurance had provided us a check for the 6k, which was what the estimated the repair would be. We understood that the work could be roughly 3,500 dollars to upwards of maybe $4k based on another estimate we recieved. I only ended up at this business because someone from Lindsey auto recommended I go there. The lady at the front desk said that their estimate was going to cost what the insurance paid plus it would require more money out of my pocket. She demanded that I give her my paperwork and the estimate from the other insurance company. I explained I was their to get an estimate of the work that needed to be done and that I wanted them to price out the job for what it was and not based on the insurance findings. She then demanded that if I didn't provide her the paperwork that I could take my business elsewhere. She was essentially trying to get over and collect an additional 2k at a time when we have suffered a loss that was no fault of our own. We have started a facebook post that has over 2k members and there have been a number of people who have also experienced terrible experiences at this business. I am only exercising my rights to file a review. As I asked her name, she told me to get out and that I wasn't welcome. I was completed appalled by her behavior. On the way out I did mention to other customers coming into the business that I would not get any work done at this establishment even if they were doing work for free. I would never ever do business with this company.
