I purchased a car with extended dealer warranty at VINS DC on 9/19/21. I had met several issues after the purchase. But, with my continuous effort, I got everything from them expect the warranty document. I paid $3494.00 for the extended Dealer Warranty, but noticed later that I didn't receive any information document about it expect that they verbally explained by watching the desktop screen at the time I purchased. So, I and my husband either called or emailed to request the warranty document, but haven't gotten any response from them. In fact, they intentionally avoided answering the call from my husband by putting him on the hold. They didn't respond to my emails as well.Thus, what I want is very simple. I want the dealer warranty document that contains the detailed information about what I purchased including the extended duration, milage and/or expiration date. Or, I want full refund ($3494+interest I paid so far+ other fees related to the warranty).Business response
