I pay by check monthly for cleaning services. On my July credit card statement I saw where the company had charged me for 2 months worth of cleanings as well as a credit card surcharge. I contacted the office to find out why and request a refund and told the manager I would send copies of cancelled checks. She informed me that the billing person was not in yet, but she saw I had paid by check and would work with them to get it resolved. 3 days later, I had not gotten a call back and the refund was not issued. While checking the account online, I noticed they had put through another charge on my card for August even though they had my check for the service. I called back and got the same response from the manager. Now after more than a week, 2 calls, 2 emails and a text message sent to them I have received no response.Initial Complaint

On August 1 Elite Cleaning came for their normal monthly cleaning. I had recently bought all new bedding and had it laid out so they could change the bedding as per their usual procedures. When my husband, children and I went to bed everything was covered in blood spots and smears. The duvets covers, the pillow shams, the throw pillows, the blankets the sheets the pillow cases, the bed skirts and there was even blood spots on the upholstered headboards. Thousands of dollars for headboards and bedding now had blood on it.I contacted Elite the very next day and they asked for pictures which I did my best to take and send to them. I even sent them receipts to show some of the impacted bedding was purchased just days before their maids came. It had never been previously used. They never called me, they never offered to come see for themselves.As I said to them, I was home, they could have come to me. I could understand an issue in the first bedroom, but to proceed to do the next 3 bedrooms, touching everything and bleeding on it and saying nothing was disgusting and unsanitary.On August 4 they contacted me via email and said they would not do anything and that their maids were not at fault. They could offer no explanation as to how the only items impacted were all the items that their maids touched. As this is Elite's fault, I should be reimbursed for the items which we can't get the blood out of. And I should not be charged for this service.
