My primary doctor at ********** medical advised me to see a cardiologist as soon as possible. On 2-14-2023 after giving me an EKG. My primary referred me to Carient. I made apt. for the morning of 2-15-23 and saw them, after EKG the doctor said I needed a stress test asap along with another 4 or 5 tests. We went to the front desk and doctor told 1 of the 2 ladies at front desk to schedule my appointments. in the time i was there, it was obvious she was the senior customer advisor as the other kept asking her how to do things. Originally this lady made my stress test for a date in March, as the doctor walked by i asked him about this he said to her "NO" he needs it sooner. It was at this time the lady at the desk said they have secret appointments that she would get me one and call me with it, no one was answering the phone at were she was calling. She also blamed the new computer system program for her poor efficiency which she explained several time to every customer that i saw come into the lobby and that she was quitting Friday. I wait till 2:30pm no call to schedule test. i call and a lady answers at the doctors office. A lady that was not at the front desk when i left. i explained the need for my appointment and that i had not been called. i was put on hold , when she came back to the phone, she said they were still working on it and i would be called. I saw the office hours were till 4pm, so i called again at 3:45 and got the answering machine. I left a detailed message r asking to please call me. At 4pm I called and left a message. I told them that they were fired from being my doctor. I wanted to cancel all the appointments she did make. I would find another cardiologist, also that they should remember their work is life and death. On the 17th I saw a doctor at ******* heart and vascular. He did the EKG and told me i need to go to the ER to have a Cat Lab. they found two blockages in my artery and A fib. I got a stint and a cardo inversion,
