I was SO excited about this product & brand. A female owned business & the product was actually nice quality. However, I quickly discovered they had some operations issues. I was missing items in my orders, receiving the wrong item, or having issues during a sale online. This was all during a 6-8 week period. I joined a brand Facebook community/Instagram for tips/tricks. I was told that Customer support could help w my issues but that was taking awhile for a response. When I did get a response there were mis-spellings or it just didn’t make any sense. They clearly couldn’t keep up w supply/demand but they kept having sales, sales, sales. I received regular marketing emails about whatever the upcoming promotion was BUT no response on my issues. I went through an exchange process (at my expense) & was given an address by customer support (the owner herself). This address according to the post office wasn’t applicable. I went ahead & mailed it to the address the product came from. I let customer support know about the issue, provided tracking & requested they send me an update on my product. That never happened. I followed up again & was asked for the tracking number I had previously provided. There was also a sale that had multiple issues w the website. I communicated these issues in 1 support ticket to simplify things for everyone knowing how swamped they were. I was told that I would have to make ANOTHER purchase to get the BOGO product/FFWP. I didn’t feel comfortable w that as it required me to pay $11 shipping AGAIN. I engaged w others on Facebook about similar issues. Peppi has attempted to make it right by giving me partial refunds but told me I was partially to blame bc the sale had ended. I had 4 other BOGOs that applied bc the sale was not past the valid time stamp. They blocked me from FB & IG. Now I am can’t see sale previews, etc. I spent $500 in 6 weeks, my CLTV is very high! I was ready to move on. This is not valuing customers highly or other women!
