      In December 2022 they sold my mom a brand new Subaru Outback which she was initially very happy with, but within just a few months the Bluetooth microphone stopped working as well as the charging pad. She brought it in and was told it was an electrical problem that may take a few days to fix. They loaned her a dirty, out of gas vehicle without the same amenities her car has, but not a problem for a few days.... now, 4 weeks later they are saying that everytime they have tried to repair it the elctrical system shorts out again and that they have been unable to get with the specialists needed to repair the electrical issues and (the real kicker) that she should be grateful for a loaner... nevermind she is still making monthly payments and insurance on what was supposed to be a much nicer vehicle.When asked about the lemon laws or a possible replacement they all but laughed.I would this dealership held accountable and my mom's car to be replaced with one of equal or greater value that does not have significant electrical issues.

      Three observations made from a recent oil and tire rotation service are listed below. (Note: The day following the service, I requested via the dealer's contact page an email point of contact that I could discuss these concerns with. A couple days later, I also left a voice mail at the service department. No response has been received.) Observations: 1) An Ecogard model X4610 oil filter was installed. The invoice shows the Subaru Part number was used. 2) Two of the four clips that hold the oil drain access panel in place were not replaced and are missing. 3) Old oil left pooled at the base of the filter. Re. Oil filter: As confirmed with Ecogard Technical support, the X4610 is not the correct filter for this application. Per Ecogard technical support, the filter bypass opening pressure of the X2410 is too low for the Subaru engine. The appropriate Ecogard filter is model X4615. Ecogard technical support recommended that the filter should be changed. Note the dealer website and mailed promotional materials claims only genuine Subaru parts are used. I am open to the possibility that there is some good reason why the incorrect application non-OEM filter was used, but none has been provided, and the invoice is inaccurate.
