      In December 2022 they sold my mom a brand new Subaru Outback which she was initially very happy with, but within just a few months the Bluetooth microphone stopped working as well as the charging pad. She brought it in and was told it was an electrical problem that may take a few days to fix. They loaned her a dirty, out of gas vehicle without the same amenities her car has, but not a problem for a few days.... now, 4 weeks later they are saying that everytime they have tried to repair it the elctrical system shorts out again and that they have been unable to get with the specialists needed to repair the electrical issues and (the real kicker) that she should be grateful for a loaner... nevermind she is still making monthly payments and insurance on what was supposed to be a much nicer vehicle.When asked about the lemon laws or a possible replacement they all but laughed.I would this dealership held accountable and my mom's car to be replaced with one of equal or greater value that does not have significant electrical issues.

      Multiple salesmen and general manager directly lied to me with little to no remorse when confronted. They truly would say whatever was needed to get me to come in. I had in writing a buyers order, turned over card information for deposit, and was informed vehicle was on the lot ready for me to pick up. I was given a false VIN as the actual vehicle never existed. They wanted me to come in and sell me something else. Having reviewed multiple weeks of emails, texts and phone calls, I think every message included false information. After years of service and multiple Subarus, I will not be returning to Browns

      We were unable to acquire the vehicle ************** was looking for.  There was a misunderstanding regarding the availability.

      Of note, he dealt with a sales consultant and General Sales Manager.

      Upon receiving his feeback on our ****** page, I reached out to him and we've ordered the vehicle which is due to arrive in April.  ************** is satisfied with the resolution and I'm handling his transaction from here.
