There are no words to describe this business . I have deal with many people in my life and I have not experienced what this Business owner Francisco Chicas has done to me and my family . I gave him the keys to my Home on October 20th to start a project which at the beginning was only an amount then he start going up on prices while we start making some other Manor changes, I usually track down his pricing and write it down, he will ask me for money each time and he would not accept checks, his prices were increasing dramatically and he was making me confuse saying one price and later another price and take me for granted. I told him I was not crazy when he start changing prices that he was trying to confused me , every day he will add more money into it and ask for cash other wise he won’t continue the job. I paid him $16,000 which he only accepted one check of $3500 and the remaining was paid in cash, Francisco always made it seem he was doing me a favor and I was not paying him enough for the work that he was doing . It is November 16th and the guy has not finish the job. I brought and inspector and a contractor this afternoon because according to Francisco he finished the job . My inspector was very surprised when he saw what Francisco had done at my house . Non of his work would pass inspection not even done properly, there is no way that any contractor would leave the job as my house is looking unfinished at the moment , the house is not ready to move in yet and the guy keeps asking for more money . I ask for his COI and he doesn’t want to give me his information .

Francisco Failed to appear on time or do the labor as discusses, Francisco work only few days at my home since October 20th, most of this days were not consisten, he will make me buy things from Home Depot or Lowes and he will not show up to pick then up after several days sometimes week. Francisco would charge me for material and now I realized that he was sending me to buy material and I was paying out of my pocket. Let me refrase he will make me FEEL THAT HE WAS DOING ME A FAVOR WHILE I ALREADY PAID HIM $16,000 Nothing he did was fully complete . I was reading comments from other clients and Francisco has done the same thing to all of them. Francisco would make excuses as why he will not finish the project , he ended up leaving my home in pieces, he demolished my main bathroom , he never place back the toilet and let the vanity standing on the wall and water running. he never put grown on the basement neither the bathroom floor. he blew my outlets circuit on the basement , he left an enormous amount of debris construction which my husband end up renting a big truck and hiring people to come and help him to take all the trash and debris construction. he laid to me with my stairs flooring stating it was real wood when and I found out that he purchases from Home Depot and it was not real wood. I will like to have my $16,000 back at least I am not charging him for making me pay one more month for rent as well as the extra $10,000 that I have to pay for someone who is coming to fix his mess. Francisco doesnt want to give me his COI information neither wants to provide me with his Business Certificate which makes me think that he never have it in the first place.
