We could not get a great roof if without Adam's help. The whole team were professional and very quick. Outstanding service and great communication. I am extremely happy with my new roof. Totally recommended Modern Remodeling Inc.

Modern Remodeling does super work. The company provides timely service. Supervisors and workers are courteous and efficient. Modern Remodeling has done 3 jobs for me—roof and siding replacement, restoration after interior ceilings collapse, and repaint bedroom. Will use them again.Modern Remodeling Inc. Response

Very prompt and professional. Everything is explained thoroughly. Job was finished in a timely manner. The staff were wonderful. Ryan and Adrian were excellent. Anything that were not to our satisfaction…Adrian made sure we were taken care of…no questions asked. Thats what I called customer service!!! Made our lives so much easier. I've worked with Modern Remodeling on a couple related issues, and they have been wonderful. Their administrative side worked with my insurance company directly (minimizing the stress of that process), while their onsite team were on time, prepared and extremely thorough with their work. They worked long days (when necessary) to complete the job on schedule, and their attention to detail was phenomenal. Top that off, everybody from admins, to estimators, to project managers, to supervisors, to the workers themselves were consistently kind, professional and thoughtful. They answered a curious/worry wort homeowner far too many questions asked lol. They also were flexible in work flow, able to pivot on occassion when I came to them with unexpected requests. Best company to work with, and will definitely continue using them for future projects. Thanks again Ryan, Tina, Adrian and Milton!Modern Remodeling Inc. Response

Modern Remodeling has been on our restoration project from the start. We lost our finished basement to water damage. This is the fourth time we have called upon Modern Remodeling for needed work on our home. This time it was for house painting, rotten wood replacement and repairs to an outside rail on our breezeway. Modern Remodeling's work has always been impeccable and this time it was no different. Outstanding painting and carpentry work. There is never any doubt when Modern Remodeling is involved with our home that we will be beyond pleased. We experienced water damage to all three stories of our home and called Modern Remodeling to assist us with the restoration. David, Austin and Sammy were all very helpful throughout the process of rebuilding our home. They worked as a team to help with design ideas and troubleshoot any issues that came up during the work. They managed the crews, material deliveries and took care of all the little details that were involved in a project of this size. They answered our many questions and accommodated our special requests. Our home looks beautiful as a result of their hard work and dedication.
