Sold me a car that can't pass inspection

All of our vehicles have a current Virginia state safety inspection. The sticker is on the left bottom corner of the windshield. We have no problem assisting *********************** with any further question.

I don’t agree with the decision and the reason is because the inspection sticker doesn’t mean the inspection was done properly and correctly. Obviously it wasn’t because when I tried to get the inspection done it neeeds over $4000 worth of repairs. Only a few months after buying the car.Initial Complaint

23rd or 24th January 2023. Advertised car for $3000 enclosed are the ads etc. Person at the dealership refused to answer me and deleted the correspondence I sent then I see car re-advertised at a price of 40k. This is no mistake I have looked at cars on marketplace before and they all pull this nonsense and do not say anything about this being a down payment. I have had this happen before especially with dealers that provide financing it is a come on and BTW for what it is worth they advertise in Spanish just as another dealer did when I looked at a car and gave a $3000 or 4k price OH that is the down payment they say without ever saying it is on the ad This is no mistake as they have changed the ads on all the cars they had these numbers on 3-5 k dollars. It is purposefully deceitful and another car I wanted on another of the same type dealerships pulled the same nonsense. OUR ADVERTISEMENT STATES THAT YOU CAN BUY THIS VEHICLE AS LOW AS $3,000 DOWN. THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A DISCLAIMER IN THE BOTTOM THAT THIS IS THE ESTIMATED DOWN PAYMENT FOR QUALIFIED BUYERS. IF THERE WAS A HUMAN ERROR WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE. WE ALSO PUT ON OUR WEBSITE DESCRIPTION THAT ANY OTHER POSTS CONCERNING THIS CAR IS AN ESTIMATED DOWN PAYMENT. SEEMS LIKE **** IS TRYING TO BUY A $50,000 DOLLAR VEHICLE FOR THE PRICE OF A DOWN PAYMENT.
