    I bought a 2004 Chevrolet trailblazer from ****** smith at Smiths Auto in February 2020, and approximately five weeks later the transmission went out. I bought a new transmission with a three year warranty through Smiths Auto and had them install it. Approximately five months later in October 2020, the new transmission went out so I took the vehicle back to smiths auto for the transmission to be replaced through the warranty. In may 2021, after 7 months of waiting for the paperwork to be sent in for the warranty to replace the transmission I finally called the warranty company myself to see what the holdup was and was told that they had been waiting for a response from smiths auto since January 2021. I then contacted smiths auto and told them what I had been told by the warranty company and was told that they would take care of it. They received the new transmission within a few weeks and told me they would have my vehicle fixed as soon as possible. It has now been a year that my vehic

    SAVED OUR BUTT! We were traveling in our 25' RV (Sprinter 3500) from Sewanee, Tn to Lorton, Va this past Sunday (6/26/22). We blew a inner tire in Bristol. We pulled over and started calling for Service... Almost all places were closed on Sunday and those that did answer would/could not do it. I googled RV repairs and Smith's Auto came up. I called and my call was immediately answered. I asked if they could change the tire... YES was the answer I heard. I was able to drive to their shop since I have dual rear tires. I was meet there on this RAINY DAY SUNDAY. I received EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Also, we were NOT taken advantage of with inflated Sunday prices. We were back on the road and traveled home safely! THANK YOU AGAIN - SMITH'S AUTO REPAIR - A REPAIR SHOP WITH INTEGRITY!
