      I purchased (2) replacement Mahle 2618 pistons from ****** *** over the phone to replacement the (2) pistons that were tapped too hard, which left an indented circles on top of the pistons. I asked & confirmed that the (2) pistons would come sold as a complete piston, which included the new ring set, new pins, & new pin clips. ****** *** assured me that they would all be included when I place my order over the phone. I received (2) pistons, but the ring sets, pins, & pin clips did not come with the new pistons. I called ****** ***, and he stated the it wouldn’t be a problem to send the missing parts, & that Modern Muscle Xtreme would make sure to take care of me. So, about a month went by, & still I never received the missing parts. I called back & spoke to ****** *** again, & he stated that he thought the missing parts were already sent out. I explained that I still haven’t received the parts to compete my pistons. He once again assured me he would take care of it, & send me the tracking number. So, I waited again for several weeks, & still did not receive anything. I then called Modern Muscle Xtreme back and spoke with ****, & explained the situation to him. He said he would look into it, & contact me via email. I waited, waited, & waited, but still nothing. Today, I called Modern Muscle Xtreme and spoke to ****** *** again. He now stated that Modern Muscle Xtreme doesn’t sell the replacement pistons with the ring set, pin, nor pin clips. He apologized, in which I stated that if fine that he apologized, but it doesn’t resolve me issue. ****** *** stated that I would have to buy a complete ring set, & reuse my pins & pin clips. You can’t reuse pin clips, which ***** *********** told me over the phone because of the risk of them popping out of the piston pin groove. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy with ****** ***’s response. So, I stated that I would like to return the (2) pistons and asked for a prepaid label. He hung up on me, over & over. He said he had all day.

      I purchased a 2.72 Hellraiser pulley from this place.... TWICE. I had to purchase 2 because the first one broke and so did the second one. they made me purchase the second one then said they will refund me the first one never got a refund.. so I called and left MULTIPLE messages, and no one gets back to me. once these people take your money the customer service is out the window. all I want is my money back for both pulleys. the last time I talked to these clowns they claimed they sent me a return label for said pulleys, never got an email. the place that works on my car said they know this place and I'm not even the first customer they had complain about something they bought from the website. not even surprised at all honestly. literally I just want my 1500 back and that's it. I will remove this complaint once i receive my money. and if don't get my money I will have every one of my 28 thousand followers on social media leave a complaint everyday on BBB and google reviews. I promise I'm not the kind of customer that you want to do this crap to. below I have posted the broken pulley where you can see the clutch broken out of the inside of it. yet they want to do nothing about the situation. horrible service

      We have reached out to the customer after receiving this complaint and a Chargeback for both of the original orders and showed that we did send him an email with the return label citing that when we received the defective items, we would then refund him for both of his orders. We let him know that we will still honor the refund pending receipt of the items and the customer was satisfied with that resolution stating that he would send them back immediately. I have attached the email correspondence for your records.
