Come out and installed granite counter tops pulled our refrigerator out and some how pulled our line to ice maker off a little and ledt it leaking didnt find it till week later when water started running out from wall in spare bathroom and 400.00 later after our plumber to find the leak call stone Dynamics and all they say is our guys not suppouse to move anything no apology or anything

Stone Dynamics is a contractor for the counter top purchase that was made by the customer through Lowe's. Since we do not collect customer payments and all payments are made through Lowe's, we advise all customers to take these issues to the Lowe's customer service department. Lowe's will determine responsibility and refund money if they see fit. When the Stone Dynamics installation teams are on the jobsite to install counter tops, any and all appliances that are in the way of their task, have to be removed. The installation crew were given permission to move the appliance in the presence of the homeowner. That does not make the installation crew liable for damages since the customer was in deed aware they were moving the appliance. We have no proof or knowledge that there was previous leakage before we left or leakage as a case of moving the fridge after the crew left the house. With given permission to the installation crew, the customer accepts liability. We are very sympathetic to the water leak in the customers home and hope that they will love the look of their new counter tops.
