  Like other customers, they screwed up my order. They added a set of king pillowcases but sent me twin sheets instead of queen. I sent an email via their website contact form, as their phone number is never manned. 10 days later I get an email from them blaming me for the mistake and denying recieving any notice, even though I copied and pasted my emails into the "comments" of my second order. I still havent gotten order 2 , but I'm sending it back. I'm not dealing with rude people. Ever.

  They sent my sheets to the wrong address! I keep emailing them to please send me my sheets - to MY address, but they are ignoring me. I will be out $100 if they dont send them or give me a refund. Im going to call my bank to dispute the charges.

  I placed an order for a 120 x120 down comforter 2 medium firmness down pillows, 2 soft firmness down pillows and a sheet set. What I received was a king down comforter that was 98x120, 2 extra firm down pillows (confirmed by the fill power on the tag) , 2 firm alternative down pillows and a sheet set. I immediately re-reviewed my order and checked their site to ensure I did not make an error, which I did not. I reached out to the company, sent pictures of all itemes and requested they correct the error in the order and received this response; Please accept my apology if you received down alternative pillows instead of down pillows. I can certainly exchange them for you.The pillows shipped to you are medium firm pillows only. We work with vendors and they are currently only in stock in the medium firm pillows. If they are too firm for you, you can certainly return. However, I suggest you air fluff the comforter once in your dryer so they get the loft and get softer.The largest size in pinch pleat style comforter is 120 x 98 inches. This is the largest size being manufactured. The 120 x 120 in only available in white solid pattern comforters. The 120 x 98 is a very large comforters and fits all large size beds comfortably. The 120 x 120 is a very odd extremely large size. Can you please check what size bed you have and if 120 x 98 is sufficient? Please note that the width is 120 inches, it is just that the length of the bed is 98 which is a standard size bed size. 120 inches length is extremely ********** Regards,Mark Luxury Egyptian Linens I responded back letting them know I would like what I ordered and if they they do not carry specific products I would like a refund. The company then responded re-requesting pictures that I already sent, telling me I was wrong the pillows were not firm even though I sent the pillow label showing the fill power, and told me they would email a return label and refund.I have not received the return labels or refund

  I purchased a set of Luxury Egyptian bed sheets for $124.95, and I need a refund for these sheets: I am unable to use these sheets. I do not know what kind of toxic chemicals they have, but my body cannot tolerate them. They have a very peculiar smell and when my body comes into contact with them, I get a rash, headache, and dizziness. I have washed them three times, with each washing cycle lasting 1.5 hours, but my body's reaction is still the same. I did some research and found out something related to nanotechnology. I don't know what that means, but the bottom line is I cannot use these sheets. And another thing they feel like sandpaper so much for the 100% cotton luxury sheets.

  The product is not as advertised. Very poor quality. After receiving I attempted to contact the company twice to obtain a refund as my satisfaction was "guaranteed". I never received a response. I believe this company is scamming the public.

  This place is terrible. Customer service is lousy. First they ship the wrong size and then blame me. They show me some receipt yet my emailed receipt for the order indicates the size I wanted and ordered. Go figure. Then it takes 24 hours for each email response, as you can't call them because it just tells you to email them on the phone message. So, 3 days listening to him blame me for their error. I just want this fixed for the right size, which I ordered, per my emailed order number. Enough said! They did finally exchange my comforter size. Glad that is done. Never again for this place. There are too many companies that are great to buy from.

  FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Ordered and never received a confirmation number nor a tracking for my package after 48 hours. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a few days before I contacted them and they sent me an email with a fed ex tracking number that said it was in NJ being I live in NY, I figured it would come the very next day. When the package didn't arrive I looked back at the tracking and it said it arrived 4 days ago. I knew something was up, I immediately called my credit card company to dispute it. This company is a fraud.. Im good I used my credit card with this purchase. One star cause yall thought yall was slick, jokes on you guys.... Disputed and received my money back on my credit card, Karma will get yall.

  I bought a Oversize 500 Thread Count White STRIPE Down Comforter, BAFFLE BOX Construction and I will never buy another, I have feathers poking through and so many feathers are coming out and for the price you would think that wouldn't happen but it is.

  This company is flirting with being a scam. There is no human being customers can talk to on the phone. The company has 2 and 3 stars on their website. They changed the customers comments , but they couldn't change the stars..You cants speak with anyone.

  Bought a duvet, it didn’t work for me so I started a return but once I sent out my return the company stopped responding to my emails. I have notifications that they received the return and I have not gotten my refund!
