I purchased hair and hair oil totaling $343.99 on September 18, 2021. They were supposed to provide me the following: ********  1 20 (6x6) / natural color / deep wave Deep Wave 1 22 / natural color Deep Wave 1 24 / natural color Deep Wave 1 26 / natural color Hair Growth Elixir 1 This business has received my money and I have been contacting them for over a month to obtain some kind of resolution. They either respond and say the item is on the way, which it never is, or they say it was lost by the post office, which they should have resent to me. It's now November 16, 2021 and I still don't have my merchandise nor is the vendor responding. I just want my money back or give me what I paid for. It's unfair and bit fraudulent to take ones money and not deliver. They indicated they would ship out a new order, nothing received till date. No tracking information, no update, no response. The original tracking number they provided me stated that the label was created but never an update that it was shipped. This is absolutely ridiculous! Either give me what I paid for or just refund my money if you don't have the merchandise. This is the original tracking number that this merchant provided that never moved - ******************************. My order number is Order #****. Any help you can render will be helpful. Thank you.
