Charged for a service that was not used, called two months in a row to cancel, never did!! A complete con! Never sent an email about using the service(that was never used) **************** was no use at all!!

Charged me on a inactive cancelled subscription and reduse to cancel and refund it. I have screenshots of it being inactive. Then after 13mins of asking to speak to someone else i get a email saying your account is now active. So he activated it after i got charged. Then i said i will report this to my bank.. he hung up.

What a terrible company. I assume they are a processing company for newspapers/online content across *****************. I'm in ************* and signed up to get online content of my local news outlet (seacoastonline.com) in Oct of 2023 during a $1 promotion. Before the 6-month period was over, I logged on and noted that there were two (2) different accounts with my name, but they were both attached to the same phone # and email address, so I just figured it was a glitch or something. I also looked at BOTH accounts and they said the status was "stopped", so I was content. On May 3, I saw two (2) charges of $14.99 each on my debit card with "Gannett" as the vendor. I called and was told that both of the accounts were still active and I didn't cancel by calling, so the charges were legitimate. I asked about both accounts reflecting as "stopped" and the representative said they would let their website people know. I asked for a refund since there's no way I would know they were still active. She said they don't give refunds. I asked for a refund of ONE account since they were both allegedly "opened" in Oct of 2023 for the same newspaper and the same user (me). She said they don't give refunds. I asked for a supervisor. She said they can't give refunds. I told her I didn't care and she said I didn't need a supervisor, as there was nothing further to offer me. I told her to cancel both accounts. Hopefully she did.

This is the worst publisher I have encountered to date! My business requires Affidavit of Publications proving publication for legal ads, I run legal ads all over my state and have too many billing issues with this company! I PREPAY my ads, if I didn't they wouldn't publish them. Every single time, I receive an invoice trying to make me pay for the ads a second time. I have to literally fight with the *** who is obviously only authorized to read from their script (from another country) and they will not let me speak to anyone that will resolve the issue. After remaining on the phone for a long time, having proof of payment available, they will finally admit that I have paid! This is horrible! Find an alternative if you can, this company SUCKS!

We have no active subscriptions with the Arizona Republic and yet they have been charging our credit card every month. Their customer service email doesn't work so we had to call them on the phone. We were told that our account was cancelled but gave us no help in recovering the monthly charges. I was able to log-in to the account on AZ Central. It showed no active subscriptions but there were no options to remove our credit card information. We initiated a chargeback with our credit card company.

My name is Martha S. D*****. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. I recently renewed my subscription but have yet to receive a paper. No paper no refund no nothing. I haven't gotten where I'm at today by letting people run over me. This may be penny ante bs but that is not what matters. What does matter is this: We are all proud Americans and sometimes too proud and not able to say, "I was wrong".. but this is wrong, when I spend my hard earned money I expect something in RETURN. So look me up and write my check out, Pay to the order of Martha D***** and mail it to 1400 Williamsport Pike, Columbia TN 38401.. thank you kindly

I want to file a complaint against Gannett newspapers I'm being charged $9.99 per month for a subscription that I no longer want I try getting in touch with Gannett in Indiana at their number trying to cancel this service with no luck I've eve tried the headquarters also with no luck According to Gannett they don't have any information about me on file

Many issues, including non-delivery and price changing with no notice. That said, when I DO get the paper I very much enjoy reading it. Susan S

Pretty lame that the church still comes around, pretends to hand me a video clip, for no money down (comment), and usually that's about all that goes on. The whole smear with the Miami Herald has been going on since uncovering advisors for the White House, but that cabinet will be unnamed as news comments, cheap Better Business Bureau inflence, doesn't go very far at all. Turns out many companies don't care about the phat-cats working for the bureau, including me. The BBB couldn't get me to sign for even $500k signing bonus! Would you believe that! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We've uncovered news productions previously with David M********'s entourage personally, a short few years after YouTube was launched, and many blacklistings have taken place since late-2008. A political concern, seems the paper in Pheonix should be authorized to do covers for all thes folks addressing Obama's previous executives orders, especially if there is an immigration debate, reference, but I won't mention names here. Up in Reno, outside of Infowars (PrisionPlanet dot TV), no additional references, serious offers (comment) [ $CashApp ], but be CLEAR - Scientology's Aftermath NEW Seasons #5-7 are being bid on, and can verify on air references by Jerry Springer LOST EPISODES do exist for the independants. Of course, Securitas swoops into save the day, right?

I paid for an annual weekend subscription to the Canton Repository that was not able to be consistently delivered, if at all, by the carrier. After numerous online complaints & credits for papers not delivered, I decided to cancel. The Repository will not allow you to cancel online and reaching someone in customer service or distribution via telephone is nearly impossible. I even tried to call corporate customer service - No answer there, either and voice mails were not returned. After finally canceling, I am now being hounded to renew the subscription - a service which they are not able to provide. The level of frustration with this company is off the chart.
