I sent a payment of $179.00 on 5/6/22 via credit card through the ***************** website, Order #****. The website stated that Due To Temporary Supply Chain Issues New Orders Take 2 Weeks which I was fine with. On 5/20/22 I reached out to the company to find out the status of my order, I received a prompt reply telling me that there were delays in receiving a final part to complete the order and that it would be shipped the following week.After not receiving any shipping notification I again reached out to the company on 6/4/22 to get an update. I was promptly told that the order was shipping on Monday 6/6/22. I received a USPS shipping notification on 6/8/22 stating that Pre-Shipment Info Was Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item. This has been the case since then and I again reached out to the company on 6/13 and 6/14 regarding the shipping and have not gotten any reply.Business response

Our customers order was delayed due to pandemic related supply chain issues. This was communicated and we have never faced delays of this kind so we issued a refund for the cost of shipping and upgraded the customers shipping to Priority Mail. We were in contact with the customer before and after their order shipped.
On June 13th their order was shipped via Priority mail. It was received on June 17th.
Once again we apologize for the delay.Customer response
