Purchased 2 boxes of rice for holiday rice dessert My rice pudding came out awful because the rice was extremely bad tasting. I had to start all over again and throw out the rice. Called phone number on Box and customer service agents were extremely rude refused to replace **** and sent me dollar off coupons. Are you kidding me this rice costs $6 a Box and they want me to buy 6 more boxes to make up for the fact that I only bought 2 and pay 6 times as much because they're only giving me a dollar off??? At this point I want my money back I want my $13 back please I don't want coupons I'm going to donate these coupons to someone that can use them this is a bad company. Thank you I am in the coast guard I *********** out soon I won't be making any meals for quite some time please help me get my refund for the invested rice. On 3/23/22 I contacted Mars about whatever I bit into and swallowed part of inside a store bought bag of their M&M peanut candy. I sent them pictures of what I ate and they requested I sent them the reminder of the product and samples of what was inside the candy with the email agreement they would communicate with me about their findings in their investigation . This was 2 months ago and multiple calls to Mars Co. with absolutely no communication coming from them. One would think they would show some concern about what they are putting out for public consumption.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pack of starburst from a ****** **** in Richmond va I started eating the candy and a piece of metal I assume a crushed screw was in the cherry starburst I kept the piece of metal and wrapped it in the wrapper along with the receipt and I have the rest of the candies in a box I contacted the company via online form and yet to receive a response.... I have a crack in my tooth because of it and experienced abrasion to roof of mouth and my cheek linings
