We purchased 6 ************ Shades from Snyder's Shades in October 2019. We have had repeated problems with the shades because they keep breaking. They are under warranty, but ****** ******* requires us to use the installer to get any issues fixed. In August of 2021, two of the shades broke and after trying to contact ***** at Snyder's shades multiple times, he eventually responded and came and fixed the shades. Then by July of 2022, 3 more shades had broken. He came by on July 28, 2022 and was able to fix 2 of them, but a third he could not fix. He removed it to try to fix at his office or send back to ****** ******* if he could not fix it. Since then we have emailed him in August 2022, October 2022, December 2022, March 2023, and April 2023. We have also called and texted repeatedly, but have gotten no response back. We were without the shade for 7 months and eventually bought something else to put in its place. We have now been without the shade for 10 months. We don't know if he ever sent the shade back to ****** *******, if he fixed it, or what the state of it is. At this point, I don't care if it is fixed. We paid over $700 for the shade, and I would just like to have it returned in whatever state it is in.
