Never again. The first time I had to call about them ripping up my yard when mowing I was told the employee was having a hard time with his gf but it would never happen again. The lady on the phone (sister of owner I think) said ppl had been cancelling alot. Should have listened and done the same. The second time I called about the same thing, I was told it was due to the ground being wet. Shouldn't they know not to cut it then? Third and last time, they not only ripped up the yard but alot ran over my down spout and dint even bother to say anything, just left. I found it when I went out to see how much raking leaves would take. Will not do business with them anymore.Business response

In response to the review given, we don’t deny having any issues. However, twisting someone’s words is wrong. People weren’t cancelling, people were calling in letting us know they were done for the season and they’d see us next spring. A simple call for the downspout would have sufficed. We would have given you credit or fixed it. We have been responsive to your calls and even came out to look at your lawn. Looking at the picture attached to the complaint the employee might not have even known the tire clipped the downspout. I’m surprised to see this considering it took 4 months to receive the first payment. We are sorry for the mishaps and will give you credit on your bill.
