      Paid Aspen Dental over $3,000 in June 2022 for both permanent upper and lower dentures. Received permanent upper ONLY which cracked in two (in my mouth) in less than a year. Left numerous messages regarding fixing cracked denture over several months and never received a response directly from the office. I have never received the bottom permanent denture I paid for either. Called, sent emails, etc for over a year to try to schedule appointments, get what I already paid for, resolve the issue, tried to get reimbursed, etc to no avail. I am now wearing the upper denture that I had previously which is 10 plus years old. Odd that an old denture has lasted over 10 years but a new expensive denture that was less than a year old has completely cracked in half. This has been on going for almost two years now and is completely unacceptable! Poor services, poor product, poor customer service! I will NEVER go to another Aspen Dental. No respect for clients, their needs (even if you pay up front in cash)! They want the money thats it. I want the upper denture properly repaired, I want the permanent bottom denture Ive already paid for OR I want a complete refund. I will be contacting an attorney if Aspen Dental continues to ignore this issue. It is fraudulent to take cash from a paying client promising to provide a product and then dont provide said product. You cant keep the money AND not provide the product or services you were paid for.

      Started with Aspen Dental a while back. I paid them upfront for their services. I never got any permanent bridges. The upper and lower bridges they made did not fit. I went in for readjustments countless times and they still did not fit properly. I also had 2 crowns put on my 2 front teethe. They have both broken off. Tried to get appointments to fix the problems I was having and kept being put off. Finally I got an appointment and they were coming up with another plan to fix everything but wrote a ticket for over $14,000 to fix everything. First of all I did not have that kind of money. I shouldnt have to pay any more money for them to fix something they messed up. So I called countless times to talk to them about this but never got a call back even when they answered the phone and promised to call me back. That went on for over a year. I asked for my money back and they would not give it back. My sister gave me a once in a lifetime gift of pretty smile. I was extremely excited. All of my hopes and dreams of that pretty smile were gone. Im too embarrassed to go out anywhere even though I have to for groceries and stuff. I just dont open my mouth. I am retired and dont have money to go somewhere else. They owe me $7000. I want it back. I need it back so maybe I can go to a reputable dentist to at least try and get some of it fixed. I think they should be liable to pay me the $14,000 they said would fix everything.

      Never in my 71 years have I encountered such a crooked unprofessional business.Unprofessional rude Dentist who dies not explain or tell you what she is doing.Went there because my 2 front teeth were loose.When she talked about extractions I thought it was for 2 front teeth the 2 beside them!!She extracted 2 back teeth as well that didnt in the least bother me!Person who made mold not experienced or qualified and bridge was totally wron and did not fit yet 4 unprofessional unqualified people kept trying to stuff it in my mouth causing severe pain and scraping inside of mouth causing sores!!When I complained.... woman who called herself a dentist came in NEVER apologized for error, treated me like an idiot and had the nerve to say I needed to show RESPECT!!!!Said they would make new bridge.... please noteI was told these were temporary bridges!! But the new temporary bridge would take 2 weeks. Only reason I went there is because they advertise they make these on sight with a 2 day turn around!They put what they called filler in the bridge and filler came out next day and bridge broke completely in half!!!!I could not under any circumstances deal with these people so I called Aspen customer service numerous times! After 2 weeks I received a call from a ****** who said she was regional manager. She said she would get back to me next day... she did not!!!So after 3 weeks they only gave me a partial refund for bridge!I still have a 2k bill hanging over my head and cant afford to get teeth fixed until resolved.2 bottom front teeth missing ( good thing masks are still in) and 2 back teeth removed unnecessarily!I put this out for social media and it was unbelievable how many people had horrific experiences there!!!There is even a national movement to shut down Aspen Dental.I was grossly taken advantage of and treated beyond terrible.I also plan on going to Civil Court and have to go there with a police ****** to obtain many records
