High level summary is below with additional details and supporting documents with dates to be provided shortly: - C&W Hanover Septic installed an alternative septic system on November 17th ($******) - On December 25th the high water alarm triggered and continued to do so - I have had to continue to send multiple requests to have the work prioritized and fixed - I have had partner with external resources to continue to have problem researched after being told it is working properly when it is not, including having a leaking pipe fixed and having the lid sealed - Third party contacted the manufacture and confirmed that something is not working that should be covered under the warranty - For almost nine weeks now the water levels remain high showing an average of 200 gallons per day even though I shared my water bills for the past 12 months that include the average gallons (highest was 140 avg gallons per day) - I continue to ask for data, including the average gallons per day, because the panel that was in the design was not installed which would have allowed me to view the details without C&W having to read from their device - I was told they will not continue to monitor the system even though the water levels remain high (2/23/2022) Desired Resolution: - Identify issue causing high water levels and fix To confirm that system was fixed, for an agreed upon time period I request (due to prior dismissals): - Provide documentation that daily average of water gallons is consistent with average from water bills - Confirm that no high water alarms have triggered without a valid reasonBusiness response

First I would like to thank Ms. ****** for her business and I would like to thank everyone else for their time and help. I have been in business long enough to know when, no matter what my company does, the customer will not be satisfied. Unfortunately, we have reached that point. At this time, I have made the decision to terminate our business relationship with Ms. ******. Any of our workmanship carries a one year warranty which we will honor if need be, but as far as the warranty on the components or any other service work that may need to be done, Ms. ****** will have to find another company to take over. I wish everyone the best going forward and I hope Ms. ****** finds the satisfaction that she is seeking.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
C&W has done nothing to correct the issue. The high water alarm continues to signal because the water is not draining appropriately.
Regards,
***** ******
