Terrible, Lied to, ripped off, DO NOT GO HERE!! MY TRUCK WAS PERFECTLY FINE BEFORE I CAME HERE!!! I was going to visit ************************* for a transmisison fluid change because my truck had factory fluid from 2018 with 75k miles on it. but then i would of had to leave my truck there all day. WHICH I SHOULD HAVE DONE! But instead I went to the Hart Nissan of ************** ** after work because they said it would only take an hour or so which was fine. they did the fluid change, i left, about a quarter mile down the road at a red light, the rpm's were dipping so low to the point of stalling, rpm fluctuations , transmission slipping horribly, no power, i could not go over ***** , automatic transmission shifting VERY hard , i had hazzard lights on in the rain. I ALMOST GOT HIT BY ANOTHER FRIGGIN CAR. called hart nissan back told them whats up with the major problems they did to my truck. i could not keep going. so I did a U-turn through a median. got back to the shop. the kid drove my truck out of the bay and i could smell my friggin transmission!!! , they almost ruined it. ********************* service lane manager was adding all these parts i should have NEVER needed, lying right to my face. it was just over 2k on some ********. then he said "well we are gonna pay for the labor blah blah blah, EGI / Mass flow with hardware. an employee in the lobby said, "oh it stalled out on ya huh". like, wtf is that , they know what kinda of b.s they're on here. they fixed the truck because they had to. said they even cleaned my air filter OH WOW!! they got the pressure and all back and had it running. o said its 100% percent now ya? I STILL had to charge $527. 78 of some ******** and lies on top on the over $300 for the transmission fluid change. totally unnecessary. after the almost 4 hour ordeal i could finally leave, come on man seriously get it together wtf!!!!!!!! i will never go here again. ALL i want is to be re-funded my $527. 78.
