On April 13, 2021 I put a deposit down to hold a spot for my child so he could be enrolled in daycare. I received no correspondence once I made my payment and everytime I called about a start day I was given a different date and it was continuously pushed back. It’s been 9 months since I’ve paid the deposit and still no start date for my now almost 1 year old. I called to receive a refund and was told they’re unable to do so per company policy. Yet the deposit that’s suppose to hold a spot for my son didn’t actually hold a spot for him! Had I known the deposit was non refundable I never would have put it down. And no where on the childtime website does it list this policy!Business response
