The introductory seminar was touted as an integrative one on one health program in functional medicine. Instead, once I signed up and paid my almost $5,000, I was handed a notebook, a schedule to watch videos, and a boatload of nutritional supplements. From that point on, I was pretty much on my own, except for a call every so often to keep me motivated. This was not one on one.. I could have gone on ******* for the same information, and saved myself a great deal of money. Then there was a bogus chiropractic treatment if you wanted it which consisted of basically a quick massage of the spine, which only served to aggravate an old back injury. This was offered once a week, and when the doctor was not available, the back treatment was done by the front desk receptionist. When I initially wanted to break up the payments in thirds, for the three month course, I was told I could save $600 by paying the whole amount. After my card was charged, I noticed only $300 had been deducted. Not to play the senior card, but I am operating on a restricted budget. I am retired, am 75 years old, and was falsely sold a program that I was told could improve my overall health and wellness. This program was anything but that, and in fact has put me in financial instability. I need to recoup my $4,997.45. This program was advertised on fb, and is an insult to the intelligence of good people who just want to invest in their health. These people should not be allowed to make one more dollar off something that a person could accomplish on their own with a computer and a few nutrients. Disgraceful and so arrogant to take advantage of people this way!

To address concerns in the customer complaint statement.
      1. Information from our introductory seminar goes over the components of our integrative health and functional medicine program.
The seminar explains that our program consisted of mentoring, functional laboratory testing, nutrition, detoxification, fitness, naturally balancing hormones and nervous system balancing. The initial seminar emphases details of the program and that lifestyle changes and having a mentor are the most important aspects.
An initial consultation is then offered for those interested in our approach. It is designed to clarify health goals and determine if our approach is what a potential client is looking for. We only accept clients who state they are committed to making the appropriate lifestyle changes and would like a mentor.
      2. The program consisted of: (and the client received)
*Case Evaluation which included a physical and structural examination
*Specialized diagnostic testing and a functional health report
*Postural X rays with report of findings and recommendations
*90-day Online Curriculum; a companion written curriculum; one on one telehealth coaching visits; and in person visits with our practitioners which included chiropractic, acupuncture and nurse practitioner visits.
      *90-day Supplementation and Nutraceuticals
*Email support and additional in person support if needed.
      3. The services in the clients 90-day program if paid at time of each service has a value of $5645.00
We offered a 15% discount of $647.55 if paid in 3 monthly payments.
We offered an additional 7.5% discount of $374.81 if prepaid.
The client chose the prepaid option of $4622.65 thus received a 22.5% discount
      4. $5082.85 of services were rendered; $4622.64 was prepaid thus no refund is due.
(See attached program agreement plus supplemental program outline with payment options.)
      5. The front desk receptionist is ************** one of the owners and our chiropractic and acupuncture director,
      6. We clearly present what is included in the program and set expectations both verbally and in writing. It was disappointing to read the clients perception of the services and the program.
      7. As a courtesy and to make amends, we would be happy to extend another 8 weeks with a health coach if the client would like to recommit and restart the program.
