            I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado on 8/16/2021 from Haley. About a week after my purchase, I noticed that my truck was having a hard time shifting from park to drive/reverse. I reached out to Haley and was told to bring the vehicle back for diagnostic test on the transmission as well as electrical issue with windows. They stated that the issue is a GMC issue and I needed to schedule a service appointment with Haley GMC. Needless to say, Ive been told that it may be sensor or GMC recall issue that I'm stuck with now. I've gotten a complete run around from both Haley Toyota and GMC servicing. I have a pickup truck with a payment over $*** *hat I can't put in reverse and make it up my driveway. The truck takes a few minutes to pull off in drive. I really need help. I believe I was sold a lemon and am stuck with this damaged transmission.

            I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra 4 X 4 Limited Edition Pickup on January 27, 2023 from this dealership. I received one key remote, they said I would receive the second remote by mail in a few months. It is now May 20, 2023.I have called the ********************* to inquire as to what is the delay? I ask for the **************** Manager and the call goes to voice mail, I leave a message, No One Ever returns my calls. This Dealership has the worst **************** I have ever seen. They just sell vehicles, thats it, they do not care about their customers. I have not heard a word from them since I took possession of the truck. I purchased their detail package, they did such a poor job I had to have it done a second time which was not much better. It is unbelievable that it takes 4+ months to get a key remote for a brand NEW vehicle. I will never buy from Haley Toyota in Midlothian again. Beware if **************** means anything to you!WHill
