Filing a formal complaint here as I never received a response form the Sales Manager at this location. My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Nissan Rogue. At the time of purchase our Salesperson indicated we could bring the vehicle back within 30 days for a detail. He advised if we completed the purchase follow up survey we would receive a full tank of gas. Last Friday we dropped the vehicle off and upon picking it up this afternoon I was asked by *********** had completed the survey. I advised not yet. *** asked me to have my husband forward the survey so that we could receive the tank of gas. I called my husband who forwarded the survey right away. I thought *** would go fill the tank up while I completed the survey privately. This is not what occurred. I didn't realize in order to receive the full tank of gas *** was going to watch over my shoulder and confirm I gave him 10's on the questions in the survey. I think I was in complete shock at the time because now looking back I would have declined the tank of gas and completed the survey privately at home. A full tank of gas is not worth compromising my ethics. The situation made me feel uncomfortable as he watched me to ensure I was answering each question exactly as he wanted after I told him I did not need his assistance. He told me exactly what to mark for each question.I have to wonder, what is the point of a survey if the sales staff watches the customer complete it to ensure they receive 10's? It seems completely unethical to have this approach and quite frankly creepy. At the time of purchase last month, had we known we would have to give him all 10's on the survey for a tank of gas we never would have followed up on it. I left feeling confused, uncomfortable and frustrated over a simple survey. At the very least I would like the survey redacted and response from the manager. Next steps will be to email corporate. We will never purchase from this location again.Review from Diane O

I purchased my 2019 Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Murano at this location. During the financial transactions the Administrator convinced me to get a Commodore Coating stating it would cover everything. They only gave me the front page with signatures which clearly states "Ulitimate coverage includes everything but undercoating". When the paint starts chipping all over the *** I go back to the same location to have them re-do the coating. They tell me I have to go to Commodore Coatings to file a claim and only THEN does the Nissan dealer give me the second page of the Warranty package which basically states NOTHING is covered. It is GROSS Negligence and Deceptive business practices to lie and sell you a product that is not worth the paper it is written on. AND to leave out the page that has all the exceptions should be absolutely illegal. I have made my complaints directly with a different Finance Administrator at that location but he was no more helpful and actually told me that the warranty NEVER covers chipping as they will say it is road rocks instead of faulty paint/coating. I told him that he has an obligation to tell everyone they sell vehicles to, to mention the truth and not lie and play games. I am so disgusted and this is the 3rd time I have been totally ripped off at this location, the 1st time when it was Pence Nissan, they sold me a used Murano and warranty that showed no accidents and then shortly sold to Hyman ***** Hyman would not honor the warranty and when I was ready to trade it in for my current Murano, they suddenly found that the older Murano had been in an accident BEFORE I purchased it and they would only give me a minimal amount on trade in. The mechanics told me it needed MAJOR and expensive work on the engine so that's why I traded it. Within a month they sold it for 4x what they paid me for and I am certain they did not warn the new purchaser of the major mechanical issues. And now this 3rd time of CHEATING me - I will NEVER go back AVOIDReview from Sonya L

Was missed lead in getting a diagnostic check was told it was ****** whined up paying ******. On the invoice said miscellaneous I ask what that was he said it was a shop part or tool or something like that. Mine you this was a recall on this car . Had diagnostic check elsewhere told them what it was and still charged diagnostic plus miscellaneous.Review from Paul C

Terrible customer relations.Bought car. Engine light on before making first payment.Given an appt more than week away. Said they saw no evidence of engine light on. Light was on every day, all day. No rental cars available while new car in shop. Just one big nightmare with a new (2017) car...Review from Herbert T

Very dishonest. Stealarship took wifes car in for a cvt transmission fluid change they overfilled it and caused transmission problems to it to another Nissan dealer in *************** they found it was way overfilled service people at Hyman **** not very bright or honest stay away from here at all cost they also told my ride her car was low on power steering fluid car doesnt have power steering its electric take my advice dont take not even a bicycle to these dishonest thievesReview from Jessica H.

Hyman Bro's Nissan service around 12-8-21. I called about my main airbag light being on after I just took my car to get inspected. The second I got on the phone with someone I had a feeling I was going to get a run around, and I did! The first person I talked to after asking for a service manager (Ricky O) was a lady that said she works in service and can help me. She looked up my car by the VIN. We went on to the recall Nissan on the OCS/ECU RECALL DATE 12-18-16 (16V911000) I asked if my main airbag light being on have anything to do with that recall (going bad again) That's when she told me she would have to get a service manager (Ricky or Jimmy) but before she transferred me she told me I had two, two year warranties on my recalls and I asked what that meant. To sum it up what it meant was it covers the recalls if they have to be redone. I then was put on the phone with Jimmy H****** (Advisor) That is when everything went down hill. I told Jimmy what was going on with my airbag light and everything I had told the lady. He went on talking about how she did not know what she was talking about with the two, two year warranties and that she was new. "That's ok she is new, but she should have asked questions before saying anything if not 100% sure". That is where Jimmy become rude and said "whatever" and went on talking about that no recall is under warranty. Then he went on to say "my life is like a censer in a tv you can go bad and die at anytime" (OCS and the ECU) That's when I stopped him and said "wow".No ONE AT A BUSINESS SHOULD PUT ANYONES LIFE IN AN EXAMPLE IF IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH DYING/GOING BAD, JUST NO LIFE. I get off the phone. The next day I call Ricky(manager) and all he said was a no caring sorry. To sum everything up Hyman Bro's Nissan is privately owned not corporate owned, corporate does not care what you have to say. Ricky & Jimmy are rude and should not be managers. Nissan always has airbag recalls. The owner should be embarrassed.
