Contacted manager, ***************, on July 25, 2022, regarding replacement tree from March 2022 which was more than 50% dead, Requested that he send someone come out and take a look. Called back several times but we never received a reply (which is typical). We spoke with ****** on 8/1 who said someone would call us the next day, which no one did. We followed up again and again and my husband finally spoke with *******. ******* was personally texting with the owner, ***********************************, who wanted to personally come out to our home because it was a "unique situation". ****** was supposed to be at our house on 8/11 to look at the tree but never showed up and never gave us the courtesy call to let us know he wouldn't be here. My husband called again and they explained that because of the weather, there were delays in ******'s schedule but assured us he would be out to take a look. Reached out again on 8/23 via email to ******* and reiterated the above. Received a response, "hopefully we will get back to you soon." We want the now 100% dead tree replaced as per the warranty and removed from our yard. This installation was a nightmare from day 1. Watkins planted landscaping that we never chose in the first place because the person they sent out (******) had no idea what he was doing. We have dealt with rude managers (***** and ***) with regards to the initial installation and issues thereafter and now seem to be having the same problem with the owner himself. The business did respond to our complaint via a ****** review that we left. ****** and ******* were instrumental in providing the service and communication we did received. ****** is a perfect example of an exemplary employee; Watkins is lucky to have someone as dedicated, committed, and personable as him. He went out of his way to make a bad experience right.*****************************
