  The nature of the dispute is to rectify the opening and closing of their location without prior notice. I'm a US Navy veteran with 2 combat deployments to Iraq. I have discovered that their store is closed on Sundays now without any prior warnings marked on their store. I am a college student and I relied on them to be open because they are close to where I live and now I have to drive 15 miles out of the way for reliable internet to do my schoolwork.

  We posted our new hours on social media a week before closing on Sunday and changed the hours on our door and phone message machine on Sunday May 8 after close. We also changed our hours on Google and our website at this time. We addressed the reason why we are closing on Sunday at our Bridgewater location on our Facebook page. This is what we have said and have received a lot of support: “We have been asked a lot why we are closing our Bridgewater location on Sundays going forward, so we would like to answer:We hire many employees who, because of their faith, do not work on Sundays and we respect that! We as Christians also like to attend church as often as we can! The few staff that do work Sundays end up working every Sunday and us as owners end up working every Sunday. Our **** **** ******** ****** *** ******** ****** locations require fewer staff to operate so we can still offer beverages and pastries 7 days a week! We realize this is a heavy traffic day at the Bridge, but we are taking this leap of faith and we know the Lord will provide!So, please come out to our other locations on Sunday and support us on the days we are open!That is exactly how we support the other businesses at the lake! We go when we know we can and enjoy them as often as we can! We definitely understand the complexities of business owning and respect the hard decisions they must make! Thank you so much for your support!”We have talked to this customer on the phone and he said he would plan to go to one of our other two locations that are still open on Sundays.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Regards, *********** *******
