I purchased a 2021 Mahindra Max XLT. Had 50 hour service completed. Had 100 hour service completed, then tractor started losing power. At 110 hours Joy stich for front end loader broken. They sent me to their competition for the part 22.00 out of my pocket and two hour trip. They ordered wrong part. Joy stick has been held together with bailing wire and tie straps. I just use the backhoe when I can keep it running. Called, Emailed Mahindra 5 times, with no results. Dealership said that they lied to me about new joystick. It would be here in a week, that was 7 weeks ago. Now tractor has been sitting on the road in front of my place for two weeks. I asked them to come and get it to check the fuel system. This way I could keep using the backhoe till they fix the loader joystick. NOTHING NO CALL FROM MAHINDRA, NOBODY FIXING THE ENGINE. WHAT BEST WARRENTY AND SERVICE. 1 YEAR WARRENTY WILL RUN OUT BEFORE IT'S FIXED AS WELL AS 7 YEAR POWERTRAIN. TOTAL BS. Seat will fly forward and throw you out. They said at 30 hours would be fixed. Not yet. I will attempt to contact corporate and dealer today. I do not need a $25000.00 yard ornament. ANY HELP IN THIS MATTER WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.Business response

Unfortunately due to supply chain issues we are still unable to get the part to make the repair. The part is on order, and once we receive the part we will be glad to fix the tractor.Customer response
